“We had our house renovated earlier this year and we very strongly recommend Lefter and Arben at LS Building Contractors. They were amazing throughout the project. The work involved making the downstairs open plan by removing a wall from the kitchen and adding new units, installing a new bathroom, giving us a study by putting up an extra wall, and tiling/painting as needed throughout.
They were great to work with as they communicate very well and kept us very involved and informed even though we couldn't be on site every day. They completed everything to a high standard and as perfectionists often went above and beyond our expectations. They really considered how the house would be lived in and made sure things were practical, for eg making sure we retained good access to boiler pipes and pipes in the bathroom. Their timing predictions were accurate as well, and they kept things really neat.
We have felt so lucky throughout this process to have them in charge of the renovation - definitely removed a lot of the stress and can't recommend them enough.”

Workmanship Brickwork was amazing and they went above and beyond to reclaim the existing bricks and source new reclaimed bricks to match. Plastering was beautifully finished with easy decorating. Properly checked and considered temporary support - you can tell these guys knew the building industry well and it was incredible apparent in the way they made sure everything was properly looked after. Perfectionists in everything they did and always went above and beyond. In fact - I believe they hated it when I tried to cut corners! A real sign of people who care.
Interaction I think the importance of this is under rated. Because really they are an absolute pleasure to have around. Sometimes I miss our morning tea! Theyd arrive promptly every morning when they said they would (6 days a week!) and we’d have a full on half an hour before I had to go to work. This was so useful for me to feel involved, make decisions and avoid costly changes.
Costs Quote was a budget price as not fully spec’d. all extras were explained and priced so I could make an informed decision. They really went above and beyond to source and procure me the best possible materials at the best possible price.
Regulations They arranged for building control visits at appropriate timings. Works were carried out to the highest standard and they made sure to make safe everything outside the original scope was safe and properly resolved.
At the end of the project I was already excited for another so I could work with them again.”
